A Grateful Heart

Heavenly Father,
Today, I simply want to say thank You. Thank You for this breath of life that animates me, for this new day that dawns, for the people around me. Thank You for the simple joys I sometimes forget in the rush of daily life.
Teach me to cultivate a grateful heart. Help me see the hidden blessings in the ordinary: a loved one's smile, an unexpected moment of peace, the beauty of a landscape. Even in difficulties, give me the grace to recognize what remains good and beautiful.
May gratitude transform the way I see life and open me to greater generosity toward others.
