Friendship

God of friendship,
You did not want human beings to be alone. You have given me the precious gift of friendship. Those people who love me unconditionally, who are there in good times and bad.
Thank You for my friends. For those who truly know me and love me anyway. For the shared laughter, the exchanged confidences, the trials weathered together.
Help me be a faithful friend. To cultivate these precious relationships, to give as much as I receive, to be present when I am needed. May friendship continue to enrich my life.
