Lord of rest,
Refreshment is essential. This time of pause, of disconnection, of regeneration is so precious in our busy lives.
Thank You for these times of rest. For the possibility to slow down, to do nothing obligatory, to simply be. For moments of relaxation, for time with those we love.
May these times of rest be truly regenerating. Not filled with frantic activities but with real relaxation. And for those who cannot rest, grant them moments of peace in their daily lives.
