Life's Transitions

Life is made of transitions. Moments when one season ends and another begins. These passages can be difficult to live through.
Thank You for these transitions that mark my life. They remind me that nothing is fixed, that everything evolves, that life is constant movement.
Help me go through transitions with grace. To honor what ends without clinging to it, to welcome what begins with openness. Transitions are sacred thresholds.
