Discipline
"No discipline seems pleasant at the time... Later on, however, it produces a harvest."

Father,
Discipline can be difficult. Getting up early, following through on commitments, maintaining my efforts. Discipline requires willpower and consistency.
Give me the necessary discipline. Not a stifling rigidity but a liberating structure. The ability to do what must be done even when I don't feel like it.
May I understand that discipline serves my goals. That it allows me to achieve what matters to me, to become who I want to be.
