God of history,
Traditions connect us to our roots, to those who came before us, to a story greater than ourselves. They give meaning and continuity.
Thank You for the traditions that have marked my life. For family rituals, celebrated holidays, transmitted stories. These traditions give me a sense of belonging.
May I honor these traditions while remaining open to the new. Transmit what is precious, adapt what needs to be.
