My work often invades my whole life. I bring professional concerns home, I check messages late at night, I think about work even during leisure time.
Help me find balance. A time for work and a time for personal life. The ability to disconnect, to draw clear boundaries, to protect my personal and family time.
Remind me that I am not just my work. That my worth is not measured by my productivity. That life is also made of rest, relationships, leisure, contemplation.
