Necessary Rest

God of rest,
Rest is a necessity, not a luxury. My body, my mind, my soul need to regenerate regularly.
Thank You for moments of rest. For sleep that regenerates, for breaks that refresh, for moments when I can simply be.
May I respect my need for rest. May I not see it as a weakness but as a necessity. Rest is not wasted time; it is time invested in my well-being.
