Epiphany - Seeking and Finding God
"We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him."
— Matthew 2:2
Lord,
As the Magi followed the star to find You, I set out today in search of You. You reveal Yourself to those who seek You sincerely, whatever their origin, their culture, their story.
Help me discern the signs of Your presence in my life. Give me the perseverance of the Magi who traveled long without becoming discouraged. Give me their humility that made them kneel before a child.
May my quest for You never be finished. May I always remain on the journey, always filled with wonder, always ready to discover You where I least expected.
Amen.

Reflection
Where do you seek God? Sometimes, He is found where we least expect Him: in the face of a poor person, in a moment of silence, in an unexpected encounter.
For all those who seek God and for those who have found Him and want to make Him known.
