Rest
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened."
— Matthew 11:28
Lord of rest,
I run constantly, I bustle about, I exhaust myself. My life sometimes feels like a frantic race where I never have time to catch my breath. And yet, You call me to rest.
Give me the wisdom to stop. To recognize my limits, to respect my body and mind. Rest is not a weakness; it is a necessity that You have written into creation itself.
Teach me to truly rest: not merely to stop working, but to find that inner peace where I can be renewed in Your presence. May I lay down my burdens and breathe freely.
Amen.

Reflection
Rest is not wasted time; it is an investment in your well-being. Today, give yourself a real moment of pause, without screens, without obligations.
For all those who are exhausted and cannot seem to stop.
