Concentration
"Let your eyes look straight ahead."
— Proverbs 4:25
Lord,
In a world of constant distractions, concentration becomes difficult. My attention is fragmented, pulled in a thousand directions. I struggle to focus on a task.
Help me cultivate concentration. To give my full attention to what I do, to resist distractions, to be truly present to my task.
May I create conditions favorable to concentration. Eliminate unnecessary distractions, take breaks, respect my natural rhythm.
Amen.
